Now here's Deadpool by comparison.

Slade blows him off the screen.
Ill break it down for the mental midgets.
When the two characters involved in the thread come to life, and are portrayed on screen.....Deathstroke is a far more interesting character. I was eliminating the forth wall argument that people seem to think is so outstanding. Even in the movie where Deadpool is played by Ryan Reynolds; Deadpool is weak as f***.
It kind of tells you how he'd come across anywhere other than the printed page.
And Slade doesn't lose this fight on most other boards I've seen. He's taken way more seriously than Deadpool.

Fanboy tactic 101, when your character loses; start posting a bunch of off-topic crap and hope people forget about the actual topic.
Speaking of 101, try reading my explanation above and see if you can follow. It would involve basic reading comprehension; not even on a college level at that. I'm sure you'll find a way to not understand. Sad.

He seems to be saying that Slade is gay and will perform fellatio on Deadpool.
Some of you have some deep seeded subconscious homosexual fantasies that make their way into arguments when discussing comics. Where they come from and how the two relate, I don't know?
My point is that Slade is a more compelling character, and if either of the two were put in a movie. It's clear who would be more relatable and which character has more depth.
As far as you being gay, talk to someone about it. It has nothing to do with the arguments being made in this thread.
LOL?
Even assuming cartoons and movies accurately represented comicbook character (which they don't) its crazy to base one's opinion on cartoon/movie cameos. No offense but it seems to me you like DS better as a character because you're more familiar with him, while you know little about DP and the things you do know you've learned from movies/cartoons and if that's the case im not surprised you think DS's got more depth. And im not wasting time retelling 20 years worth of comicbook stories to change your mind.
As for other boards, people tend to give wins to the more serious "badass" characters. Ive seen people say "Batman stomps Spider-man because he's the goddamn batman. Peter is a joke". Does not work that way. We've got feats so lets compare them. Im up for it.
PS: How was DP weak in Origins? He was handing Logan and Creed their asses.

That's the thing. Even his feats are a joke. Is there any explanation for him being able to impale Incredible Hulk with a stop sign?
No.
Originally posted by VanguardActually there is, that Hulk was weakened, stated on-panel. So much for that. Also makes a lot more sense than Spider-man trapping him in a wet cement.

One hell ova strategy you're using. "Don't like the feats so lets pretend they don't count"...:/ what other feats of his would you like to dismiss as a joke? All the fights with Wolverine? Cap? Cable etc etc?

I didn't dismiss it. I said it didn't make sense, no matter how weak Hulk was. He was also knocked out with a hot dog or some **** by a woman.
Then he has the magic satchel that he can pull anything out of 🙄 .
Originally posted by VanguardHe was weakened to an unknown degree so yes, nothing wrong with that. Either way, makes more sense than Flash conveniently running INTO Deathstroke's sword. Or Slade using his agility to avade someone who can hear a a person sneeze on another continent. Doubt you consider those feats a joke. Double standarts FTW. Let alone using that as an argument to dismiss everything the character's ever done.

WTF.. Deadpool was never knocked out by a hot dog, now you're just randomly googling pictures without knowing what the hell is going on there. Seriously just stop.
Right, he must be the first character who's ever done that ever... Its not like Batman pulls an anti-everything spray out of his ass all the time... Oh wait..
DP actually has a standart list if things he carries on him that consists of swords, guns, bombs and occasionally something else which usually involves prep or him running off to get it from his car, hq etc He does not have a "magical satchel".
