cowboy bebop is set in the future (i think around 2071A.D.) and is about a group of bounty hunters.
Characters:
Spike: A slick and moody dude where most of the show is centered around. He once belonged to a mafia called Red Dragons, but left for his own reasons. He now spends his time bounty hunting but finds his past starting to catch up with him.
Jet: The oldest member of the crew and owner of the ship, Bebop. He once worked for the I.S.S.P (a police force in the future) but left because of corruption. He is also known as the "Black Dog" because once he bites he never lets go.
Faye: A female with a knack for conning. She is basiclly a drifter with a mysterious past who just happened to come across the Bebop. Very cocky and sly, she'll do anything to get what she wants.
Edward: The youngest member of the bunch. Ed is the genius, if somewhat bizarre, hacker that rounds out the Bebop. She is pretty silly and not really up there at times. Yet she is the cutest anime girl you'll ever see.
Ein: Sort of the mascot of the Bebop. Ein is a welsh-corgi with a data chip in his head. Because of this he is actually smarter then the rest of the crew. Most of the time you'll see him hanging around with Ed during the series.
when the story first starts up its just spike and jet, but then about every other episode after the first 1 the group comes together. its really funny to watch this b/c even though they characters would say that they cant believe the group is together, each character complements the other...some how (except with the exception of ed...shes just there lol). ed is probably 1 of the strangest/funniest characters youll ever see in an anime 😛 . throughout the series they will catch bounties, learn about each characters past (especially spike), youll see other interesting characters, and spikes nemesis 'vicious'. u should really learn more about cowboy bebop (and watch it as well), just whatever u do dont look to much info up about it b/c its likely youll find out too much stuff about the series that u wished u didnt. also i would recomend u see 'cowboy bebop:the movie' (its one of my favs. 😛 .....as well as spike **my fav anime character**). if u want to know anything else about the series just ask 😉 .
