it hurts to walk. . .

I got back from swim practice and. . . .it hurts to move my legs at all 🙁

thats sux. how long was the practice

it started at 7:30. . . then we got out at 9:45 and then we did some push ups and crunches and stuff

that sux. sometimes i feel liek that after bball practice. but ours is 4 hours long 😖

Have a long bath and then have a whiskey ( the baths for the soreness the whiskeys for the pain )

lol we had to run yeserday, but most of the time we were out of the coachs line of vision so we walked most of the way

After the bath and the Whiskey get some sleep then have another bath and then a double Whiskey!

i don't think we have wiskey and i don't think i'm aloud to drink it if we do. .. o_O
