Jubilee portrayed a very sensible role in X-Men. She's just the one who represents a thought that not all powerful are all powerful... Limitations exist even to the extent of their so called universe.

I really don't care what she stands for because in the end what you need is profitable characters and Jubilee is not a profitable character.
