I don't see a rule clearly stating that thongs are not allowed. I don't see a rule stating everything must be PG-13. I can understand a no nudity rule (but there was no nudity) but in regards to this PG-13 stuff.. I do clearly see this rule "Under 13's
We do not allow the registration for users under the age of 13. This is basically for their own protection and our need to comply with US Law, especially the COPPA."
So, if that rule is enforced.. shouldn't there be no need for a PG-13 guideline?
dictionary says: PG-13 "A trademark used for a movie rating indicating that admission will be granted to persons of all ages but that parental guidance is suggested in the case of children under the age of 13."
Yeah.. so, with the no one under 13 can register rule. There is no reason for a PG-13 rule. As it applies to those.. under the age of 13.
