All I know online are recordings of the stuff they say in the film... which are not always too clearly pronounced 😬 except the lines by Arwen...
I found a download of the "Ai laurie lantar lassi súrinen"-poem read by Tolkien somewhere a while ago, but i cant remember where that was 😮
www.elvish.org (or elvish.org/gwaith/movie.htm) offers some downloads of famous quotes etc as soundfiles, from the films as well as new ones by linguists, but I dont know any pages with... basic vocabulary or so.
Generally the pronounciation of the elvish languages is rather easy as it's very regular - the way they are written strictly represents the pronounciation, unlike most "real", grown languages like French, German etc.,
so those few soundfiles kinda explain most of the pronounciation anyways - except for the stresses maybe.
