Paola for my Avatar pic.

It takes a while to put together a good portfolio. But i think i'd like to have a custom avatar and need this sized. Can you size it for me and send me the pic at the right size, not small like it will be originally, if you understand. Only cause im not sure what i have to do to the pic if its thumbnail size. So thanks if you can pm me this pic at the upload size.
