Instant Star is about a teenage girl (don't remember the name) who wins a contest. She plays the guitar and sings. She is getting produced, and goes to school. Everyone either thinks she's incredible, or they really hate her. Her first song her friend didn't like, which got her nervous to continue. As the episodes progress she meets with a rapper called Shay. They do a mashup, kind of like LP and JZ. I don't follow the show too much, but when I do watch it it isn't that bad. The people who make Instant Star are the same ones who make Degrassi. BTW that is a really good sig.
Yeah I was so glad that Degrassi won at the Teen Choice Awards, that was very good I thought.
I'm not too much into Instant Star, I watch it every now and then, but I think they are moving too fast. I haven't had time to understand the characters. It's hard to belive that the same producers that produce Degrassi are the ones over here doing Instant Star
