This also came as surprise to me as well. I thought he was going to tell that lady his secret identity. But instead I saw a batman standing on the podium and singing. This was totally unexpected but it was calming and well welcome. 馃檨 馃檪

Wow, I would have expected that from Adam West, but not Conroy's character (I expect that West couldn't sing though!); "Hi, I'm Batman, I'd like to speak to the Commissioner!"
