1.)Good sense of humor.
2.)Not overly loud, not overly quiet. Somewhere in between.
3.)Has similar values/beliefs and likes/dislikes that I do.
4.)Down-to-earth, and nice.

And good looks never hurt, but that plays little matter in the end.

i'd buy a nice new electric guitar...blood red stratocaster...1000 might not be enough so as a backup...shopping spree!!! i'd go crazy buying video games and a psp...what would you buy?
