I fell at school during a sports lession, playing basketball.
I jumped to throw tha ball down court to another person on my team and landed on the side of my foot. I ripped all the ligaments in my ankle. pain was so bad I blacked and when I came round I didnt know wether tto laugh or cry, I know I was swearing alot.
It was really weird! one minute I was in the air and the next thing I know I'm flat on my back on the gym floor with every one in a circle staring down at me.
worse than that there wasnt a teacher around at the time either they were all in the sports office. My mum went mad, I couldnt wear shoes for months I had to wear trainers (teachers gave me a hard time about it, I set mum on them again 😂)
since then I ripped the same ligaments a few other times and it really plays up in the cold weather
