Squat: I do front squat, which is much harder than back sqaut. But, I do 225-265 for about 3 sets of 10 reps.
Bench: No idea actually. That last time I did anything bench I put on 225 and warmed up my elbows by doing some close grip bench presses. I don't like bench as it feels unsafe at heavier weights...good to warm-up with, with lower weight.
Which stinks more to you: Rotten trash or a dirty diaper?
