I have not commited a sin against myself or others. but to answer your q. Ill create a scenario.

I am giving medication to my patients and the patient has no history of any allergies. However I gave a dose of medication per MD order to a patient and became hypersensitive to it. I tried to do everything to reduce the hypersensitivity/allergic reaction. but it killed the patient instead. (a chance of getting fired and losing my license to practice)
