Well, I do think a waiting time is fair. Age restriction perhaps. I can get on board with having to be certified, a sort of driver's license for guns. Felons and people with mental illness probably shouldn't get them either.

deaf, being blind would be completely destroying most of the basic functions I am accustomed to, deaf would suck a lot, but it wouldn't be the end of the world, I'd miss music a lot but beside that I could function.
