I don't understand a question. Why would skin colour matter to what women are wearing?

Skin color would matter to what women are wearing for the same reason as me, coordination. More so though, i'd imagine.

The weave question i guess is a personal choice/peer pressure. Long and/or straight hair is considered more attractive (like body image and weight, somewhat unrealistic for everyone to have) by mass media....
