The pistol in my sig is from the anime "Hellsing," but as far as I could gauge, I'd say the closest to reality I can guess it, would be a Colt 1911 chambered in .454 Cassull.

However, my favorite is the Taurus Raging Bull .44 magnum. It's just so much fun wrestling the kick out of that mule of a gun. Not to mention the sound of firing it would scare anyone within a few hundred feet.
