I think that yes, most of his body will be missing. If you fall into lava...that's what would happen. I know its not totally supposed to be realistic...but I'm sure he wouldn't just be burned...You see, his head could be sticking out of it...but of course was damaged in the fall/fight...etc...but I think that he will automatically need robotic arms and legs...besides the robotic arm he already has..."more machine now than man" sort deal...
