The Rock, though he has amazing mic skills, he was an average wrestler, and is now a movie star, so he's never coming back full time...
Stone Cold, though he was a great wrestler in his prime (he had a great match in Japan with Keiji Mutoh, better known as Great Muta), and had great mic skills, his neck is screwed up, so he'll never be coming back full time...
Mick Foley could never really wrestle well to begin with (he was a spot monkey), and besides, he's a commentator now...
At least we got D'Lo Brown back, who was severely underused before...

Severely underused? He was Intercontinental and Hardcore champ simultaneously! he was used more than he should have been, really. He was never a main eventer, he was average and had bad mic skills. However, wrestling sucks so bad right now, that I am actually happy to see him back. Brings back some good memories.
