A Mid-Season Cliffhanger?
Here's a new rumor for you... over on the spoilers page we've already announced that Sarah Carter's Alicia Baker character would be returning for two episodes, starting with #4-11 "Unsafe." We've also said that something very major may happen for Clark during this two-episode arc.

Meanwhile, over in the KryptonSite inbox, we've been tipped off that the story may involve a mid-season cliffhanger for the winter hiatus. This would mean 11 episodes would be airing between September and December this year, and then we'd have to wait for a resolution, likely until February.

But wait - it gets better! Said potential cliffhanger will take another cue from the Dawson's Creek playbook.... not only will it be put into question if Clark and Alicia have done "the deed" (yes... THE deed), but it also will be wondered over the break if Jason and Lana have, as well.

We can't confirm any of this or take it past the rumor stage, but if it is true, this could be something major to obsess over on the forums over the break.

i dont think lex would do that.... he has said that he wansts his father to die in prison... he does not care aboot him... but when lex hears that lionel is out he is gonna be pissed.

its going to be interesting to see what develops now that Lionel is out of prison and I just have a feeling it was Jasons mom that got him out.Unless Lionel is a changed man like he seems to be,then it wont be all that interesting that he is out.you know this may be a good sign of things to come if Lionel is a changed man and is good now because maybe that means Lex will finally go bad.I doubt it though,that probably wont happen till the last season.

yep true.... it would be great or lex is aboot to kill lionel but then clark and saves lionel and than lex goes to jail and then clark goes off to the antarctica and creates his fortress of solitude.

i always thought the fortress of solitude was in the arctic.

Yeah he's right.The fortress of solitude is in the actic.Hopefully Clark will go there when its the last few episodes of the final season and learn his true destiny there.
