Because you are a beautiful young lady, and they know that there isn't a way in heaven or he## that they'll ever have a chance with you. Carry pepper spray, and keep your cell phone on in case you need to call the police quickly. If you can help it, don't walk alone at night, walk with a group of friends.

If it comes to it, go for the eyes 😈 when he's on the ground, go for the spot just below his ribcage next to his spinal chord... that's where the kidneys are. And of course, there's always the classic... but if he's planned something, he may be expecting that, and wearing a cup...

Did you converse with him, or flirt with him?

Did you smile at him or make eye contact with him?

Did you smell good at the time he followed you?

If you did any of the above, then it's your own fault.

Just kidding, but seriously, if you did flirt with him or lead him on in anyway, then you are partly responsible.
