bed-time curfew?

on the weekend... just curious. You dont haveta tell really...

i dont have one lol ... well im 'advised' to go to bed betwenn 11pm and midnight so i have a good enough sleep but i am never tired so i stay up til i feel myself nodding off

I set mine between 11 and midnight due to waking up at 5:20 to go to work, though.

ergh bet thats awful ... knowing everyone is in bed and u have to work ...

i dont have a bedtime, because i go to bed at a respectable time (9:30/10:00 weekdays)
otherwise when i wake up im a tyred little fella

During the week I TRY to go to bed by 11 or 12...but half the time I'm still up at 2 am.

Curfew...I've never had a curfew.

i get up at six in the morning...
so i TRY to get to bed at 10, to a good 8 hours...
but it never happens. there is either something good
on tv or im online...always something keeping me from
a descent sleep

i just try to make sure that i've stayed up until atleast 3 am...anything after that, i can consider bed time.

yeah i make my own choice but i normally go to sleep around 1am and i wake up at 6.30
