Tony Stark vs. Bruce Wayne

Plus Batman doesn't use guns.... that just proves that he's a dumbass!

😛

Alfred or Jarvis?

Great detective? Try scientist, tactician, and criminologist as well, among other things. Tony has built some amazing things, but that doesn't make him smarter.

They are both extremly smart, however, Bruce isnt even one of the smartest people in the DCU. While Tony is one of the smartest guys in the MU 😬

Give the guy a break. He's smart, but he has his issues... 🙄

What the hell was up with that 🤨 😕

I liked the art in that issue but the story made NO sense

Didn't they show more than one Batman in that issue? If not, then that's what it'll most likely end up as.

I think it was the regular batman that did it, I think, but thier might ahve been multiple batmans cuz that issue was fuggin confusing

Supposidly its this weird Morrision thing, where that the old batman and the new one is coming in or somthing really stupid like that 😬

I don't feel like reading other posts.

1. Business vs. Business, Stark has lost his company many times. After creating Stark Solutions Stark was stated to be a millionaire, hundreds of millions, but still millionaire. Bruce is a billionaire playboy. Billions vs millions you do the math.
2. Knowledge (includes: mathematics, science, physics, chemistry, mechanical know-how). Its been stated that if Bruce could easily have several phds, however due to his time acting as a playboy, head of a multibilliondollar company, superheroing.. he doesn't. Bruce easily has higher possible potential. As far as "knowledge" goes, Stark as more in terms of sciences. As far as "overall" knowledge, Bruce easily surpasses Stark. Which are you going for? Detective means he has to know more subjects, Stark is specialized in a single area.
3. Combat skills (karate, martial arts, stuff like that...) Bruce. By far. Easily.
4. Physical Appearance. Bruce has landed most of the villanous women he's gone for, catwoman, poison ivy... even a few superheroes.. ie... wonderwoman.. Stark "buys" his girls with his money and philanthropic attitudes. Not his good looks.
5. Luck with women. Stark has better luck. Other than Madam Masque, and maybe (if you consider her Stark's girl anyways) Jade, most of his women aren't trying to constantly kill him or take over the city....
6. If they played eachother in a chess tournament..... Starks a scientific genius. Bruce is a cunny detective and purportedly the single greatest mind in DC. He'd perform a queen exchange for a bishop that would dumbfound Stark, in exchange for the checkmate.
7. Singing talent. Can't imagine Bruce in a karoake bar... but tony has been known for his penchant of asian girls. Asian girls=asian bars. Asian bars =Asian drinks. Asian drinks lead to asian singing!!!.. karoake at its finest. Stark would just have more experience pretending to be a member of the backstreet boys.
8. Which has a better autograph?! I'm not sure. never seen either sign.
9. Which has tougher super-villains to fight? tougher? Starks villains are upfront, hardcore powerhouses. Batman faces a larger power gap with his villains. but his villains are more psycotic. Starks villains do it for money, and corporate reasons. Batman's do it for the sheer will to kill the masses. I'd say a mass homicidal lunatic is a lot harder to figure out than a guy in a giant robo-suit... standing there waiting for a fight.
10. Which is a more interesting character to read? you would think i'd say batman... but i tend to read iron man more. honestly sometimes it feels like a reading a superman... without the powers.. comic.. when i read batman. I like the feeling that a character can lose.

Best out of ten wins

1. Business vs. Business (Stark Enterprises vs. Wayne Enterprises)
2. Knowledge (includes: mathematics, science, physics, chemistry, mechanical know-how)
3. Combat skills (karate, martial arts, stuff like that...)
4. Physical Appearance
5. Luck with women
6. If they played eachother in a chess tournament.....
7. Singing talent
8. Which has a better autograph?!
9. Which has tougher super-villains to fight?
10. Which is a more interesting character to read?

Okay heres mine.

1. I'd go with Wayne because he's able to compete with Luthor and at a point has owned his buisness(meybe still does).

2. Wayne. As far as technology(know how) I'd probably go with Tony but everything else(physics, chemistry, phycology, forensics, martial arts, human anatomy, detective work, strategy/tactics etc.) Bruce wins. easily.

3. Wayne.........need I really explain.

4. Wayne, has better build and has the tall, dark, handsome look goin.

5. Tony, he tries harder and Bruce doesn't really have alot of time for women in his life. On the other hand it's Stark's obsession. But Bruce has the hottest babe in comics(Wonder Woman) and that's all that matters but I'll say Stark.

6. Wayne, better strategist.

7. Going by JLU Wayne.

8. I think Tony Stark is a cooler name and would look better on paper.

9. Batman, by far. Joker, Lex, Ra's, Deathstroke, Mr. Freeze are freakin cool. They are homicidal maniacs. Joker is the #1 comic-book villain in my book.

10. Batman in my opinon is the best superhero of all time behind Spuerman. Batman is the more interesting o read imo: Origin, Cave, Sidekicks, Best Rouge's Gallery, Utility Belt, Vehicles, and Justice League. But I won't lie the idea of having super-powered armour is cool and original for Iron Man.

1. I'd say Wayne - Stark's business has been ****ed over one too many times far too easily.

2. As Martin mentioned, Stark has the better knowledge as far as straight gadgets go, so maybe he'd win in fields of engineering and maybe computing, but all the theoretical sciences and social sciences, Wayne has him beat.

3. Easily Bruce Wayne. Unless, of course, Stark is given time to observe the fighter before hand. Then he can tune his suit specifically to that fighter, the way he did Captain America.

4. Wayne is too by-the-book handsome. Stark has more of the "I don't give a damn" arrogant look.

5. Neither have particularly good luck. Both could get almost anyone they wanted because of their money, looks, and suave nature. However, Bruce never really devotes much time to it (besides taking out Supermodels to keep up appearances). Tony, on the other hand, sleeps with far more women, devotes far more time to it, but doesn't really have 'luck,' as far as I'm concerned. One night stands are easy - relationships are not. Draw, as far as I'm concerned.

6. Hard to say. Depending on Tony's post-extremis mental processing speed, and how sensitive his 'spider sense' can be tuned to, he may be able to predict moves, or even sense the right and wrong move. A pre cognitive chess computer? On the other hand, if neither of those things are allowed, or neither CAN work in this context, I'd give it to Bruce.

7. **** if I know.

8. First name: Tony. The 'y' seals the deal. Last name: Wayne, 'w's and 'y's are GREAT letters to 'modify' in an autograph.

9. Tougher or better? Tony's normal rogue's gallery is certainly stronger than Batman's (assuming you don't include in Batman's Rogue gallery things like Darkseid or the like - just the Joker, Riddler, Penguin, et cetera). I'd definitely say that Batman's villains are more interesting, though.

10. Depends on the writer. Neither character is inherently more interesting, they both have their positives and negatives.

Not counting aliens, there's only a few guys smarter than Batman. 😎

1. Business: Wayne Enterprises ftw. Stark never had to compete with Lex Luthor and he's lost his business several times, sometimes by way of the bottle. 😛

2. General knowledge: Batman. Technical skills: Very close. It depends on whether we count the crazy shit batman has pulled off with modifying and using alien tech.

3. Combat skills: Batman ftw. :batman:

4. Stark's been drawn badly lately IMO. Going wit Bruce.

5. Women: Stark, easily. Bruce does not do well in relationships.

6. Anyone who says Iron Man wins this round needs to read 'Obsidian Age' TPB. 😎

7. "Am I Blue?" 😂

8. Stark. I doubt Bruce gets out in public enough to be asked for his autograph. Or at least he doesn't seek the media out the way Stark does sometimes.

9. Tougher in a fight? Most of IM's regulars. Tougher to deal with? Batman's A List villains are much tougher to fight than Stark's. Frankly, I don't think Tony could handle the joker if he went to the MU. ❌ Joker is smarter than Batman for god's sake.

10. Stark, pre-CW. Post-CW: Hard to say. Things like All-Star Batman and The Initiative are making it hard to judge.
