no he wasnt she cried cause she did what she did he was helping her..out ..i so dont think so...he 's the one that got the case back of sawyer then volunteered to help dig up the body with her..then she deceived him by hiding the key and he still helped her ..so NOOOOOOOOO.

she was perfectly fine when she opened the enevelope he yelling at her when she was so emotional was what made her cry
