I think Locke doesn't mind so much when Jack takes charge, he just doesn't like when other people point out to him that Jack is taking charge over him; it's his whole 'Don't tell me what I can't do!" thing in a way.
I don't think he realizes that he gives up that much control to Jack at the time he does give it up, but to have a stranger point it out, after only a very few short interactions with Jack and Locke, is what really got to Locke
now, I'm sure Locke will start to get more observant, and more paranoid, and the $hit will slowly start to hit the fan, so FINALLY, 20+ eps later, we finally have the 'Locke problem' Jack was worried about on the 'night the Others came' at the end of Season 1...
could get good if they do actually start to separate into 2 tribes, and start warring with each other, rather than warring with the Others...
I didn't get that whole scene with Eko talking to Henry either..
first, Eko thinks he is an Other, so he's confessing that he killed 2 of his pals on his first night in the jungle
then, he's like maybe you're not an Other, but I had to tell you this any way, to clear my conscience...
then, he cuts off some facial hair and shows it to the guy who might be Other..
then, he leaves...
I think we're missing an important Eko flashback involving facial hair and rubber bands!!!
