Remember that guy coming to Hurly and asking something like, "Are they still alive" or something like that?

Yup.

Anata wa wakarimasu ka.....

well I dont think any of those ppl really wanted to stay... except or maybe Danielle, (maybe) Locke...and maybe Ben too

I'm thinking Claire, Sun, Jin, Rose, Bernard, Sawyer, Desmond, ...so I think all these people want to get off the island

actually Rose said she was happy there... who knows

one more thing - found this on a LOST site

i thought it was Jacob in that cabin -- but it was Jack's dad shock...

I thought it was weird how the house would change locations

there has to be some reason that not all of them could get on the boat... something has to happen for only 6 to get rescued... but I'm sure we'll find out... in 2009 😠 I doubt we'll find out this yr... since there is only 8 episode this yr 🙁

Ha. 2009? Really? Didn't they make a total of 16 episodes? I thought we'd get the other 8 later this year or something. Why did they do it like this? Will it be like this from now on until it ends? If so, that sucks.

And it never dawned on me about the order of Flash Forwards. I just assumed it was after Jack's Flash Forward, but it makes sense for it to be before.

I had assumed that Jack's Flash Forward was events happened right after they returned from the island but I guess not.

Ironic that Hurly winds right back up in a mental institution like before where he met that other islander woman that died.

Anata wa wakarimasu ka.....

What about the Oceanic announcement? Did anyone see it? Did they show it yet?

I dont know.. I just know that this season is only 8 episodes...and then season 5 starts in 2009 cry -they did make a total of 16 episodes... but its because of the writers strike we're not getting all the episodes.

shrugactually Jack's flash forward could be right after they get back... just don't know yet... but I guess when we saw him at the beginning of the episode he wasnt as "crazy" looking as he was in the very last episode of season 3 (does that make sense)

naw I bet its on YouTube.... there are several Oceanic ads (LOST) on YouTube...they're interestinghmm

One of those Oceanic Commercials were just one and I was reading you all's messages!

ranting

Ugh.

But anway, what about them. I have no idea what they are or what they are for. Are they real? Was there some announcement earlier on explaining them?

There was also one right on at the end of the episode too. I wasn't paying attention.

Anata wa wakarimasu ka.....

who was the shaddy figure asking about when he asked hurly "are they still alive?"

damn, its nice to be experiencing the lost questions again

No one knows as of yet.

I thought those commercials were a cheap ploy to make us watch that new show Eli Stone. Ill watch them later on YouTube.

They actually filmed all 16?

I was under the impression that they only filmed 8 and then stopped because of the strike, and they will probably just finish the last 8 episodes later and start them next year in Jan 09. But it will be 24 episodes instead of 16.

Jack's FlashForward is after Hurley's because Jacks talks about growing a beard. I wouldnt be surprised if Hurley planted doubt into Jack and that took him over the edge because he obviously is hurting.

I think something will happen that'll make Jack change his mind. Maybe the death of whoever was in the coffin at the end of the season finale.

At least we know that the person in the coffin can only be 1 of 6.

Kind of narrows it down. If only we knew who the other 3 were.

We do know that Hurly could have possibly been in the coffin. Can't remember how wide or narrow the coffin was though.

If you really think about it, being that they showed us Jack's Flash Forward during the Last Season Finale, we're now getting Flashback's before Jack's Flash Forward.

So they're Flashback Flash Forwards.....

The above has confused me, but yeah, wouldn't be Hurley, being the fat bugger he is, lol

Channel 7 showed promos of the new season this afternoon 🙂

Last nights show was pretty good. But Jack's flash forward episode doesn't make sense, because in Jacks his father is still alive. Just is that since in Jack flashbacks his father is dead and he transporting his body back to the states. Liked the fact they were taking sides. As for Hurley's flash fowardness, I doubt his version a lot because just how exactly is the other nutcase at the insane asylum could also "see" Charlie?? As for the "Oceanic Six", I am thinking there are more, but as for them who as the rest and why in the hell would Charlie want to return? How do they even get the island? Questions will continue to arise with each episode. Look forward to it.

Guy in the coffin doesnt necessarily need to be 1 out of the 6 people that survived.

It could be somebody originally from the island that wasnt part of the airplane survivors.

It probably is, but it doesnt have to be.

If Jack's flashforwardness is to be believed then the person in coffin is prolly Sawyer.

Maybe it is.

But I dont think so. Kate would atleast see the coffin and there would be more people at the funeral than just Jack.

how has the writers strike effected Lost? Are they still filming the season, or have they had to stop?

Perhaps, but remember sawyer isn't the type of person to have lots of friends.
