there is no evidence yet that Jack knows Aaron is his nephew -- just because he said that Kate about not being related to him doesn't mean that he knows.
No evidence? Are you being willfully ignorant? The inclusion of that line by Jack was evidence hinted on part of the writers. Just like when Tom told Kate that she wasn't his type in "A Tale of Two Cities".
It will probably be confirmed in Season 5 that Jack learns Claire is his sister and Aaron his nephew.
as of this moment Jack knowing whether Aaron is his nephew and that claire is his half sister really has no big relevance to the whole story line on LOST, and that part is becoming so soap-opera-like 🙁 - there are far more important things to know & find out than if Jack knows about Aaron - I will care less if/ when Jack finds out about Aaron - .... like I said there are far bigger and better questions that need to be answered than that

I dont think Jack implied anything really. I think he meant that she wasnt related to the boy and he didnt see why she was acting like she was his mother. I dont think he meant "Ur not even related to the boy, I am".
That's what I got out of it, but it definetly could be taken another way.
Guess we have to wait and see

Yeah, his name is Matthew Abaddon and I guess Whitmore knew John was special tooAlso Richard Alpert appears in John's flashbacks, either it's time travel or he is just really old
Also was that a Dharma logo when Keamy was looking at the second protocol?
Yes it was. It was the same logo in Halliwax's Parka (the one that Ben wore when he "appeared" in the Dessert, the one that looks like a time travel whirlpool)
An Interview with Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse, by E's Kristin
Is Claire Dead? Are They Really Time Traveling? Lost's Bosses Speak!
Among the findings in this interview:* The question is not whether Claire is dead but “What happened to Claire?”
* Christian Shephard is dead.
* Time travel is definitely happening on this show.
* Sounds to me like Richard Alpert is doing it. (Remind me later of a theory I have relating to time travel and the knocking up of Losties' moms!)
* They were surprised by today's "announcement" of two extra episodes in season five and six.
* They know whom Kate will end up with in the very end.Keep reading for the scoop!

Makes sense why the Dharama people couldn't find it again, and when Charles Whitmore said Ben had to find it as well.
I guess the Volcano could be use now. 😕 to provoke and earthquake to disrupt the 305 bearing so it can't be found again... or something like that.
Other options:
-In space, changing it's position
-In time and Space: not only changing it's position, but the period it's in (epoch)
