what happens is he's about to close the deal with the man and his wife who he's cheating with. but then he sees that they have a kid and he tries to leave but the man wont let him then he just drops the case of money and walks out the door. the reason for this is because of the letter. HE wrote that letter when he was little, probably about 8 or 9. some man named Sawyer had slept with his mom and taken his dad's money and then the dad killed himself and his wife. cry
Sawyer calls himsefl Sawyer because he became his worst enemy. He became Sawyer. And thats why he hates himself.
