that is the head honcho celestial. he isnt "THE one above all" as in the only one. he is still a far cry from being the top.

No. TOAA is basically Marvel's GOD. But Marvel doesn't like to get into the religous. The only pic that has anything remotely close to TOAA is a pic of LT since LT serves and acknowledges this supreme power.

That's the Celestial called "The One Above All" but that guy is different to "The One Above All" Supreme Being.
