I think, seeing as you turned yourself in, and your showing remorse, you shouldnt be perm banned
maybe for a few days.

i know its bannable, id just like an explanation as to WHY its bannable...

Because some people use it for 'dubious' reasons

To insult sombody they might not like without getting the blame...
To argue with their other account to see how many people will stick up for them?
