TRL is MTV's excuse for not showing music on there anymore. The premise of the show is that you request what videos you want to see, and then instead of seeing the video you requested, you see a 20 second clip of it somewhere in the middle of the song, which is interrupted by the same people going "I wanna send a shout out to my peeps back in Miami WOOOOOOOOO!!!".

its that MTV show where tweenibobbers call/email random brainfarts on their favorite "musicians" (notice i put that in quotes)

example: i think natalie portman is totally hot!!!!! YEAAAAAAAAH!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!
