We now have durasteel.....!

I saw a story today that spoke of a metal that stretched
and bent to fix better, but it was actually a form of steel..
Reminds me of the durasteel from star wars, because you
could see through it.....

I went to the abc web site, but the story hadnt posted
yet....but
there was a second story about a new steel armor to
be worn by soldier.....

http://abclocal.go.com/ktrk/technology/042904_aptech_liquidarmor.html

does anybody see a link between the cloning, a new
steel armor, and metal that bends and you can see through....

😕 'Clone Wars/clone soldiers'

you cant see through durasteel...that's transparisteel.

it does remind me a bit of durasteel though...im not sure stormtrooper armor or clonetrooper armor is made of durasteel though. its some other material...i forgot what its called.

but the point that we now have the technology to
make a lightweight metalic armor...
and a flexiable steel, that can stretch....

i may be a old man, but travelling beyond the stars
will be come a reality within 40 yrs, with this type
of technology and more privatization of space travel...

it'll definitely be the basis for any new type of armor made...
