No it is not they said it will be EARLY '05. And the developers didn't post any updates lately but there are a lot of them.

Star Wars Galaxies was meant to be out on xbox about 1 and a half years ago when it came out on PC but it's still not out.

FFXI was meant to come out in Europe when it came out in the US but it didn't.

Just saying don't get your hopes up 😛

and because there IS NO release date, as you have just said, the date COULD be in feb.
