Hmm maby I'm not sure if that's the one.
The episode I was refering to was:

Ryan. The one about that mind-reader child.
At the end of the episode, just before the credits, when Ryan and Clark say goodbye to each other, it plays.

"Ryan" is the Season 2 episode in which Clark saves Ryan from the research facility and then Ryan eventually dies from a tumor.

"Stray" is the first episode to have Ryan in it and has the song playing at the end.
