Lol, Hulk 'raped' him? I don't think so.
Tron, the What If? comic had Hulk and Wolverine fight and Hulk snapped his neck. It was a boring issue, there was fighting for like 2 pages. As for Wolvering cutting Hulk, he can and has: in Hulk 181 he sliced up his hands after Hulk grabbed his claws and Wolvie retracted them. Still, Wolvie does not have the capability to cut off Hulk's hands unless he's sleeping or drugged. He can't slice them off, he would have to saw them off. Also, Hulk can survive a nuclear warhead, he has before. It hurts, but he gets back up. Hulk would win hands down; the only reason Wolverine ever stays in the fight is due to his popularity. Realistically *again that word* speaking, it's not even a contest.
I know this post is a long way behind the others and no one will probably ever see it that has already been to this thread but here goes. If wolverine had the healing factor of his bone claw era that means he'd heal almost instantanious like the hulk yet had the durability of his adamantium laced skeleton and he was fighting the grey hulk or even the professor hulk he might stand a chance of doing some damage to the hulk before he got knocked the hell out. And I say this as a huge wolverine fan. I mean he ripped him in HALF and threw his legs 4 miles up a mountain in ULTIMATE WOLVERINE VS. HULK #1. I just don't see him doing any real damage to the hulk other than clawing him up and pissing him off really bad.
Yeah without his skeleton he heals MUCh faster because he doesn't have to be constantly healing his skeleton(it hurts him and poisons him.. His healing factorr would be at least 10 times faster without it) But then, he could easily be crushed in les than a second, beefore he had the chance to heal without his skeleton.. Wolverine really isn't in hulks league seeing as how Wolvie's main defense(healing), the hulk also has. And I am a huge wolverine fan. I don't think the hulk would have trouble cathing him either he is probably way faster than wolverine. Dude I just realised if wolverine didn't have the adamatium skeleton he is basically immortal lol. Only to old age though. He could still be killed by conventional means very easily. I remember reading once he is like around 700-1000 years old or something like that. But that was when I was like 6 years old so I could be remembering wrong.
Ah, the ever Wolverine bashing.........imagen that on this site. Wolverine was pretty much created to fight Hulk. Does Hulk win most of the time? Yes. He is the damned Hulk for christ sakes. But to blow off Wolverine because he is too damned popular and you don't like it. First off, the first couple of times the fought Wolverine wasn't even defined let alone popular with fans and he still held his own. Hulk is big, strong, nigh invulnerable....slow and dumb (fighting wise.....none of that Banner inteligence shit).....how does a person get around that? hmmmmm.......lets see, Invulnerable bones....no Hulk smashy. Claws that cut through steel like butter.....a way to hurt Hulk. Fast and small....a way to dodge Hulk (kinda like when you are tring to catch your friends cat that keeps clawing you) Healing....a way to get back up after being smashed by Hulk. Enhanced sences.....take advantage of the enviroment around Hulk to your advantage. No....really, that doesn't make any sence. Duh people, Wolverine is not a light weight, no matter how much many people try and deny it. he has fought the Hulk, not tricked Hulk or avoided hulk, FOUGHT HULK. Win or lose....he is still alive, which is more than we can say for the majority of superheroes if they decided to go one on one with the jade giant. It is what he does...fight....he was litteraly made for killing in hand to hand combat. Sorry there just is no other way around it. 6 to 4 Hulk.

I am a wolverine fanboy. I admit it. But I don't live up to the name. I think he is a cool concept, but hulk has him completely over powered. I think this is a spite thread because wolverine couldn't possibly hurt him, let alone kill him. But for your information, hulk CAN withstand a nuke. Actually wolverine ahs been shown(well people said so) to survive a nuke. Which is stupid, if this was actually written. But yeah hulk wold just knock his ass the hell out. He would bruise his brain in that armour beyond the point of healing. And hulk' healing is better than wolverine's anyway, as long as wolverine is in that stupid armor that slows it down by about ten fold. And even if he wasn't, he wouldn't have the time to heal.

When will people stop putting wolverine against such powerhouses and think he can win just because of his healing factor and adamantium claws.
Fact is:
1) Hulk is one of the strongest marvel charcters there is, with durability to match.
2) His healing factor is amazing so any superficial cuts made by jobberine will heal almost instantly
3) Wolverine may have years of xperience but his attacks wont kill the hulk, he lacks the power to push his claws through hulks skin.
it dosent matter that they are adamantium, i could have a adamantium sword and twice my strength, i still wouldnt be able to push it through a block of wood. Strength is the key factor here.
Hulk is so freaking powerful, with logic and a decent writer that understands how their powers would actually work, hulk would put wolvie down for the count.
