Everybody walked down the stairs and outside the school,where police cars and paramedics were coming in quickly.The teens were exhausted from their long night.Matt was handed a police jacket from one of the cops and put it on Savannah and walked along close to her.Vash hugged Allie never looking away from the dead body of the person who klled his friend.Sky was also looking at the body,feeling that justice had been served.
"It's over." said Matt to Savannah,who were now sitting on the sidewalk,Matt still hugging her close.
"Justice has been served." said Sky.
"No,justice would've been to do to him what he did to Gunnar....." said Vash quietly.
They all walked down the dark road together,since that was the way they had gotten through this.And it had made them all closer than ever.
"Okay,load em up." said one paramedic to another.
They loaded in a stretcher with Zack's limp body on it.
"Jesus H. Christ." said the other paramedic once they were in.
"This guy got it bad." said the other.
And as they drove off inside the back of the paramedic van,nobody saw Zack Morrow's eyes open,with rage still burning inside them.
