Seriously though. G1 Megatron can drain power from a BLACK HOLE to amp up his cannon. He takes the entire planet out and laughs all the way back to cybertron.

if the fight begins with Venom behind Megatron and sneaking up onto him, then it lasts until Megatron grabs Venom.

otherwise, Megatron just blasts the whole vicinity of Venom and ends it in a few seconds.

10/10 for Megatron.

Megatron is simply too much for Venom to handle.

Seeing as how Megatron's survived falling into volcanos and being hit by a nuke, I'd say there's not much Venom can do to him, and since his blasts can level a city block when he's not drawing power from a black hole, I'd say he takes it. This coming from a Venom fan (and Megatron as well).

Venom would try the same thing Spidey did..web him.

Then after he sees Megs pissed off..he'd run away.
