✅ Athelas aka Asea Aranion aka Kingsfoil is what Aragorn used to heal Éowyn, Faramir and Merry... and Frodo temporarily, also in the FoTR film.

All other small plants [except for gallows-weed and the brambles of Mordor...] mentioned in the books are named either because of their beautiful flowers or because they were used as pipeweed 😉 but never as herbs.
