Lord of the Rings vs. Star Wars.

umm...... DUHHHH Lord of The Rings by a mile!!!

Well the way I look at it, star wars has 6 movies, and only 2 of them are great, 1 is good, 3 are terrible. The original trilogy are far superior over the prequals but not even the original trilogy comes close to the Lord of The Rings I'm afraid.

OT > LOTR TRILOGY > PT

It isn't by much though for me at least, as The two towers and Return of the King are two of the best films I've ever seen. I rank them just as highly as I do Return of the Jedi

LotR, easily. Way more fun to rewatch, especially the extended versions.

I like Star Wars more than Lord of the Rings, but the LOTR movies are better than the SW movies.

The LOTR movies are incredible.

Lotr films are superior to the ot films.
