Everythings a conspiracy, this is a conspiracy, thats my philosaphy 馃槢

well, TH was a mod at the time, so if mods dont tell other mods mod things, how can [i]we[i] trust them, if they cant trust themselves

I have to say i found the closing of the active forum very odd.

I didnt go into it that much. Was it active?

Quite
and things were better in there than in the OTF

Wow馃槕 the OTF is the most active forum in KMC but

i miss the pad.
and still no1 knows if he's banned perm or not 馃槚

Can on of the mods tell us if he is banned permenatly?

in my opinion they should.
but i haven't seem any comment about that 馃槚

i've seen that. but possible means 'possible' and it doesn't answer the question 馃槵

which probably means that theyre not too sure 馃槚mart:

but storm is not a mod, and i totally can't see your point 馃槵

Mods suck!

this confuses me because ive been called 'nazi' before, just because they decided to add an i to naz, but maybe it was more on a joking sence, and i never reported them...but they never got banned for calling me nazi, whyd th get banned for calling the mods nazi's? 馃槙

Banning people and not saying why or entering into dialog about it is all part of the climate of fear that helps KMC run "smoothly" If Mod-Squad behavior was open to scrutiny people would be less afraid : which would dilute the power. Fear of banning is the bitter oil that KMC runs on. (and runs damn smoothly, I'm filled with just as much admiration as i am disgust.)

The promoting of the populace (users) into mods and giving them "powers" - and keeping the rule structure that they enforce deliberately vague so that some people are punished for infringements and some are not is a classic control method. It promotes uncertainty - you are far more afraid to step over the line when you are not sure where the line IS.

It's proven to work bloody well as a system - which is why it's popular in corporate business and in oppressive political systems.

If other tactics don't work (For eg: if you speak out against the state you are branded unpatriotic or in KMC parlance a "troll"馃槈 and if you can't be tamed or controlled - you're dead meat. TH got "disappeared" by the state for saying what the above reminded him of. He said what he thought - and history has taught us that people who say what they think seldom last long.

ok i know im gonna get a lot of evil stares, but what exactly is a nazi?

that still doesnt answer the question af why people who called me nazi werent banned, but th was banned for calling the mods nazi's

I'd ask that people refrain from this kind of name-calling: because even sitting in your home THINKING about perhaps making a post mod bashing can get a thread closed down... so lets keep this one open shall we?
