yet everytime we bring up spidey getting hit by street levels it doesn't count.....THATS A ****ING DOUBLE STANDARD! either you have to consent that spiderman can be hit by humans or you can't....if you can then he can hit bats...if you can't he can't hit bats because if you can't then I'm going to assume batmans at the very best of his game as well..hell batman doesn't even have to be at the best of his game to do that but whatever........ one plausible scenario? it really doesn't matter since nothing that would involve batman winning would be aplausible scenario to you...despite the stacks and stacks of evidence brought to the table in his favor....
Even if Batman got the cape up to block the webbing he'd be thrown as the web line would still be attached, and Spidey would just have to grab it as soon as it hit Batman's cape, and toss him into a pole or a building or pull him into his punch. The latter would probably be the worst choice as Batman is reaching for a flashbang or whatnot but still. You've only brought up Spidey's flaws or saying DD beat him.
Now Spidey was angry, DD used that to beat him. Now I can see it being plausible cause anger can cloud fighting skills. However Batman ain't having that edge here along with DD's knowledge of the spider sense.

anyways...when I brought up that he could block the web with his cape.....I also said it was IF he couldn't move out of the way...which he could.....he could also use multiple weapons to either cut the webbing....or chuck things at spiderman to make him let go.....he could also just ground himself and let the cape tear......

Obviously, Batman would be defending himself, and attempting to evade Spiderman's attacks. Let me rephrase the question: Do you think that Spiderman could land a punch on Batman while Batman is attempting to evade him?

Basically give Batman knowledge of Spider-Sense, and the right gadgets, and a lil planning time he COULD win but it wouldn't be so easy. But he has no said knowledge here, and it's a fight with no knowledge of the other.

He knows how to get into Joker's head. Plus Impulse drove Joker insane so it can't be to hard.
And how will he ground himself? He covers himself with cape, web hits cape he goes to throw bomb, is yanked, and the bomb goes flying elsewhere, and he goes into anything nearby.
