No it doesn't and if someone dies after having a dream like that it is only coincidence. However having dreams like that may mean you have a certain fear of death for yourself or others.

At least %99 percent of their stories are true or reliable. 😉

But like I said it is a rare occurrence you actually die after haing a dream like that but it is possible although when it does its only coincidence. If it were actually true I would have died a thousand times by now.
