i liked him. I even found myself rooting for him. The ending is brilliant, possibly one of the ebst endings, that smile was worth a thousand words
Actually, did you know that the ending strayed from the original book. In the book, Alex actually redeems himself, and grows out of his ways. Kubrick based the movie on the American version of the book, hence the ending is the complete opposite.
I preferred the book, the movie was barred a bit, i didnt think it was ruthless enough ^-^
no i diddnt know that, iheard the book is good though. why diddnt you htink the movie was ruthless enough, is it because of differences from the book? I mean i know at the time this film was a huge risk that put situations on screen that had enver been seen before and were un heard of, and was very offensive and controversial, of course by todays standards i know the movie's content is fluff compared to the other shock value shit that is put into films.
Great movie, but i really encourage you all to read the book it was based on. It's a masterpiece, terrifying and full of intelligent joke at once. After you read the book you learn to love Alex for the 'mentally unstable' genius and lover of classical music he was. You have to read it to understand the whole tragic nature of that story 😉

Anybody else talk like Alex when the movie ended? I spoke like him for an hour or so, the same affect after I watch (or re-read) 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas' I talk like Raol Duke for an hour... not a good thing exactly...wink-wink.
I used the book language for a while... oh wait, I still do use some words. I love the way they created a sub-language for that story. It makes it a lot more intriguing
