Hello commissioner. Yes I caught The Joker but I won't be bringing him in. How often has he escaped from the Asylum this week? I'm surprised I don't see a police master key everytime I bring him in. Frankly, I think he'd have a harder time breaking out of a custodial closet then he does at Arkham. Don't you think I have better things to do then catch this maniac everytime you let him loose? If anyone deserves the death penalty, he does. No I'm not going to kill him, just hold on to him for awhile.
