The Black King vs. Gambit

Sabastian Shaw, aka. The Black King. He has returned to grace the pages of the X-men. He is a mutant who can absorb the kenetic energy of anything that he comes into contact with.
Gambit. He has the ability to charge an object with kenetic energy which results in an explosive impact.
Now Storm is capable of generating enough lightning combined with cold to take The Black King out of commision.
Can Gambit's pure kenitics over amp Shaw or was Gambit made for the King to thrive on?
Should Gambit join the Hellfire Club willingly or will he have to be converted into the traitor he was originally feared to be by Bishop? 😘 box 🪩

I hear that Gambit either *is* insanely powerful now or *could* be insanely powerful. I'm not sure but I'll go with Black King.

gambit is insainly power full, he just never uses his full power, he can make any thing that is non organic explode, like a city block for example

At full potential, Gambit was New Sun. And we know how powerful he was.......

Currently, he rapes Shaw. Apocalypse gave him some nasty additions to his powers. So, is this Death Gambit, or pre-death?

Um, no, he can charge anything, even if it's organic if he uses his full power. That "only inorganic" thing is his own stipulations, not a weakness of his powers.
