The Punisher is not really a villain! He was just out seeking for revenge on the death of his wife and kid! And if you watched the Spiderman cartoons you see that he is a good guy! My money is on Harry!
I concur, but that's nothing. I was reading on one of the Spider-Man websites' forums (before SM2) and this guy suggested that Pete get the symbiote in 3 and fight the Hulk and Punsher. He said something about Spidey knocking the Hulk to the moon in the movie. It was quite redundant.
But anyway, NO Punisher will appear in a Spidey movie.
