Villain For Spider-Man 3?

I think the Lizard will be in it since we already saw him in Spiderman 2.

Maybe the lizard and sandman, now that would be a great movie. I can't think of any bad guy for T. Grace to play.

if its the gren goblin it will be harry osbourne as at the end of the second film harry finds the green goblins base and all hes other stuff i think it will be him

spidey 5 Electro and Carnage (Venom and Spidey fight Carnage in big showdown)(Venom becomes hero and makes own movie)

Spidey 7 sinister 6 : Doc Ock, Sandman, Electro, Scorpion (a super Cyborg form), Carnage, Vulture (and a mysterious guy who brought them together..the original Green Goblin) (Venom comes to Spidey aid)

You didn't say Venom or Man Wolf in Spider-Man 3.

It's gonna be Electro and Sandman or Sandman and Lizard or Sandman and Kraven or Sandman and Venom or Sandman and Shocker or Sandman and other

Judging from the personality that Grace has, I can only see a couple of options that would work to fit him... Mysterio or Lizard. MAYBE the Hobgoblin as well, but can anyone really see Roller Disco Boy himself playing Eddie Brock, Shocker, or Kraven? He's not brutish enough for those roles.

I don't think he'll be Hobgoblin..."the harry hiring a bad guy to take on Spiderman plot" was done with Doc Ock in spidey two. I remember reading somewhere that Tobee liked Kraven...hmmmmmmmmm.

I'd love to see Venom as the next villian, but so far Eddie Brock hasn't been introduced. It might be the lizard though since they introduced Dr. Connors

Some here don't seem to know the story behind Man-Wolf.

First of all, John Jameson is the Man-Wolf. He becomes Man-Wolf when he discovers a small, red stone on the moon. He has the stone mounted in a necklace, but the stone grafts itself into his throat.

The stone tries to turn John Jameson into a Stargod, but the transformation is incomplete, making him become a wolf-creature instead.

As far as who the next villain in the Spider-Man movie franchise should be, I would go with one of the characters already established, but with the addition of Thomas Hayden Church to the cast, it looks like it will be a new villain altogether. I've heard it will be Sandman and Hobgoblin, and if that is the case, I have no more faith in the filmmakers. Why establish John Jameson, Curt Connors, and Harry Osborne if none of them will be used? I will say I had my hopes that Church might portray Dr. Michael Morbius, who no one here has mentioned, but if it were executed correctly, the next Spider-Man film could not only be exciting, but scary.

Frankly, there are plenty of villains to choose from, and my choices for villains would be as follows:

Kingpin - No powers at all, just sinister. No powers is not as much fun, but it makes it more believable.
And only as long as the part is recast to be more in line with the comics.

All of the following have powers from fictional machinery and science
Green Goblin
Hobgoblin
Dr. Octopus
Mysterio
Chameleon

All of these have special powers and abilities from science gone awry
Morbius
Man-Wolf
Lizard
Scorpion
Vulture

Some villains I would avoid like the plague because they are too outlandish. These would be Sandman, Electro, The Rhino, etc. When making a comic book movie, one question should be posed: "What if all this was real?" In other words, what would it look like in reality? How would real people react to these characters? Richard Donner used the word "verisimilitude" when making Superman. I think these filmmakers should get back to that basic tenet and the films will remain true to form.
