Yea, from the evidence from the magazine article Ock posted, its pretty much a 99% chance that Grace is Eddie Brock in SP3, becoming Venom near the end of the movie.

If harry dies, how will that help. Think about it. GG made Spidey lose his leg causing him to retire. GG dies in the process. If GG dies, Spidey has to retire. Think of the equalibrium
