Ock looked pretty dead to me floating there with no intent to swim up to the service, no life on his face and no means of breathing lol. Yes, I know, I know, Raimi said they might be able to bring him back if they decided to, but as it stands right now, he's dead. They could bring anybody back in films if they just give it an explanation.
