Venom - ok, now without a doubt, he's going to get cheated out of what he deserves. We can't escape that now. There are two options they can go with. They can make Venom come up at the end for the final battle and just die, which would definitely start cocking some guns pointed at Raimi by the fans. Or, they might make it so throughout the film, Peter has the suit (possibly as a means of trying to defeat Sandman) and he ends up giving it up towards the end, and we see a quick flash of Venom. This could only work if they're having a Spider-Man 4 though. In that case, we might get a film all about Venom, and the way that Raimi likes to rush things, Carnage in the 4th one at the same time.Venom's the hardest one to pinpoint how they'll do. We'll have to see.
That second one seems pretty awesome. It would definately play out good and leave a good "To Be Continued" for the end.
If there isn't the same cast, the movie won't be the same, and alot of the fans won't even go to see it. When they switch characters in movies ... It always turns out disasterous...... It needs to end at 3... Spidey fighting Sandman.. gets black substance at some site... forms on him.. Harry never turns evil.. he just see's Peter in trouble and knows he has the equipment to help.. Sandman gets killed in middle of movie.. Peter gets black substance away from him after.. lands with Brock.. we get Venom they fight rest of movie.. Venom Dies.. the end....

OK, if this is not going to have a cliffhanger I think it will go like this:
Peter and MJ are having an ok relationship. Aunt May is fine, and at work Peter has some new competition - Eddie Brock. He has been getting pictures of Spiderman lately. Flint Marko gets turned into Sandman. Early on Spiderman is swinging when a bomb hits him.
Peter fights Harry who is the Green Goblin 2. It is a 5-10 min fight. Peter tries talking to Harry, but he won't listen to him. Spiderman knocks Harry off his glider and into a wall to stop him. Harry gets his glider and flies off, wandering if he should really be fighting his friend.
A few days later Spiderman sees Sandman at a bank and tries to stop him. Sandman is too fast, changing shapes as he fights. Spiderman can't touch him and is beaten down. Spiderman runs off.
One or two things can happen here.
1. John brings symbiote back to earth but crashes. Spiderman saves him but the symbiote gets on him. Eddie Brock was taking pictures there and makes Spiderman look bad. Peter then proves those pictures wrong with some of his own. Brock is fired.
2. A meteor crashes to earth, Spiderman tries to help the people around that area it is going to hit, the symbiote gets on him, and Brock takes pictures and makes Spiderman look bad. Peter proves these photos wrong and Brock is fired.
After that Brock is upset, and Peter wakes up with a black suit on. He is much faster, stronger, and can change how he looks. He sees Sandman and starts to fight him, this time however he can beat Sandman up. Sandman loses badly. A man is lost in the battle.
Peter sees Gwen Stacy and is very attracted to her. He tries talking to her. He finds out that her father was killed in a fight that Spiderman was in. He feels bad, but likes Gwen so much. He comes home a little later and MJ wonders where he is. She questions him and he said he had a big fight with Sandman. She says she thought she heard that happened a few hours ago. He yells at her, something he had not done before. At work he is talking back to Jameson, when he calls Aunt May he sometimes gets mad at her. Even to Gwen he sometimes yells. He realizes that the symbiote is making him do it. A couple days later Brock sees Peter with Gwen. Gwen used to be his girlfriend, but she broke up with him. He gets very mad.
Peter decides to reject symbiote, he goes to Conners who tells him sound hurts it, so he goes to a church. The church bell makes the symbiote come off him, but it goes on an angry Brock.
The next day Spiderman flies out and sees Sandman. They fight for a while and are about even. Gwen comes out when she sees Spiderman and Sandman kills her. Venom appears and kills Sandman. Spiderman fights Venom for a while and gets beaten badly. Venom is about to kill him when a bomb hits him. Harry comes to help his best friend. Spiderman and Green Goblin 2 (Peter and Harry) together kill Venom, but Harry is killed at the end of the battle. Peter is very sad, but has overcome impossible odds.
Not necessarily... James Bond films still turn out OK.... SOMETIMES! And what if... Jamesson's ship is in a radioactive meteor storm. A meteor smashed through with black substance. Ship crash lads on beach. Flint marko is merged with radiation to sand. Sandman is born. And that can all happen in the 1st 10 mins: Sandman is born and Spidey could get the symbiote!
Idk...I still don't like the idea of Gwen being some ridge in a love triangle. Yes, yes, I know she was the first girlfriend and I know all that stuff from the comics, but Raimi spent 3/4 of the first two films droning on and on about how Peter loves MJ and nobody else and how they're perfect for each other, and if he decides in this one to make it like "eh Gwen's cute too I'll go for her instead" it'll completely ruin what he's done. If he wanted to have another chick to flirt with Peter he should've used it in #2 (chocolate cake girl doesn't count, what a retarded character that was). Because of that, I'm thinking that he might change it (since he's changed things before) and make it so that Gwen is Brock's girlfriend or Harry's new girlfriend. If she is Harry's, she'll act as the catalyst that will make Harry decide to help Peter out instead of kill him. If she's Brock's girlfriend, she'll be a catalyst towards Eddie hating Peter and Spider-Man.

That sounds like it would work pretty well. An alien ooz wrapped around Peter distorting his moral code, and crossing Peter's morals with raw emotion.
