Villain For Spider-Man 3?

I have a feeling that even if they have to recast and such, they'll make at least a 4 because the film industry can't pass on money. If they don't have Raimi and all them, it'll definitely suck, but I have a feeling they'll make it anyway *cough*batmanforever/batmanandrobin*cough*

can i just say to anyone who wants Kingpin is that its not going to happen. Fox own the movie rights to him cause he was in their movie "Daredevil".
And i don't want Venom in the next movie because i think they'll just mess it up.

MKL, i have to disagree with you here. Because someone appears in a movie doesn't necc. mean that they are locked up. This was a supporting character. i think that if the character was wanted bad enough, then they could get him.

Since you mentioned the Kingpin: It would be way cool if say spidey is indirectly responsible for the death of Kingpins wife, Vanessa (if memory serves me correctly) and the Kinpin puts up a ton of money for the head of Spiderman. There is your bad guy: Vengence!! An orgy of bad guys.

The villains will be Sam Raimi, Sony and the scripters, as always.

hopefully venom.(since its the last movie and all)
they could find a way to do it in one movie some how.

I don't know Fate, you have to consider the time difference here. Spiderman was created in 1962, while Batman popped on the scene in a Detective comic in 1939. Even if it was beating a dead horse with that series of movies, it was sorta expected. We are talking about a hero that can cross at least three generations here. My son loves Spiderman, and I grew up being a big fan. Batman on the other hand, was a comic that i read, my son loves, and even my dad has seen a few times. Spiderman is more a cult classic when compared to possibly the most famous superhero of all time.

Well doc, you seem to be in the minority. Many have thought this to be one of the villains to come, but few have stated that they actually want the Lizard.

I have wanted The Lizard since they announced there may be a third.

Before that even.

I wanted Lizard since they announced there was going to be a Spidey film in the first place.

Screw Venom to be honest. I love the character but seriously, screw Venom.

Classic Spidey villains in a Classic Spidey Trilogy. Finito.

Well Venom would be good for a fourth movie. They should go with the lizard in 3. As long as they stay far away from the 2 villains in one movie crap.

You pro'lly haven't seen my other posts, but i agree with you and have said it before, this is one of the main factors that killed the Batman movies IMO. Splinting our focus on villains.
